life situation. Encouraging you to reflect on your current daily thoughts and write
down beliefs about yourself and your life, you can begin to see the patterns which
hold you back.
We have, apparently, upwards of 60,000 thoughts a day. When asked of 100%, how much
of your day is focused on happy, uplifting, peaceful thoughts, most reply ‘around
5-10%’. That means 90-95% of thinking energy is actively focused elsewhere – generally
on worry, fear, anxiety, anger. With science now beginning to demonstrate the connection
between thought and how it influences physical matter e.g. Dr Masaru Emoto’s Messages
from Water research, is it any wonder you end up with what you don’t want all the
time?
We are not victims of circumstance. We are totally responsible for the life we create.
Life is about choices. Not right or wrong choices. Just choices which inspire health
and well-being in mind, body and spirit. Or choices which are self destructive, disruptive
and disempowering. And these choices begin as a single thought.
