









Food
Whatever your reason for visiting, we’ll guarantee you good, wholesome food and plenty of it! All tastes and styles are catered for – omnivores, vegetarians, vegans, gluten free, dairy free or anything goes. We have a great interest in good nutrition, eating with the seasons and using local produce.
Eating in
To make life as relaxing as possible for you, we include all meals in your retreat package. Breakfast is self served: organic cereals, museli, choice of breads, preserves, organic eggs from our chickens, seasonal fruits, organic yoghurts and more. Fresh juices to choose from, teas of all kinds, fresh coffee.
Lunch and Dinner are also self served: food is prepared and laid out for you to eat as much or as little as you choose. Freshly prepared and cooked each day. Mainly vegetarian (or other special requirements) and light in style to support your body’s need to rest while here. Plenty of spaces to eat outside in warmer weather.
Eating out
You can of course choose to eat your evening meals out, and there are plenty of options we can help you with. Tunbridge Wells (20 mins drive) has a number of good restaurants and bistro’s offering different styles of food, anything from five star to bistro to café style, Nepalese, Chinese or Thai. A local pub/restaurant presents good French and Asian style food, and other local pubs have more traditional pub grub on offer.
